Taken from Linkedin discussion, here are 2 cents on working remotely from one of CEO who runs 100% remote company:
I dont care where OR how my employees work, or when for that matter..
What I care about is:
What work they are doing AND how its creating value for my clients!
She encourage RESULTS not long hours in cubicle and she don’t even care if it was at Starbucks or from the comfort of your own bed.
As long as we:
- Get the work done
- Deliver what’s promised+expected
- Keep growing clients businesses
THAT’S ALL THAT MATTERS!
